As Growth Design Lead, you'll lead design for a high-velocity experimentation program on our marketing site and campaign surfaces — turning insights into shipped, on-brand interactive experiences and measurable funnel lift. You'll set the bar for growth design craft inside Brand Studio: rigorous testing, strong visual and interaction design, and an AI-augmented workflow that helps the team prototype and learn faster. This is a senior design IC role. You’ll partner with Growth Marketing, Product, Web/Engineering, Brand, and Data, is to design, prototype, and iterate experiences You'll operate at the intersection of design, data, and growth — translating behavioral and search insights into scalable layouts, flows, and components; establishing testing frameworks from a design perspective; and helping the team ship conversion improvements without sacrificing brand integrity or accessibility. If you have a strong track record of designing for growth through experimentation, bring deep product and brand design thinking, understand how structure, UX, and page design affect discovery and conversion, and use AI tools to move faster without lowering the craft bar, we'd love to hear from you. If you're interested in advancing your career at a fast-growing, profitable, impact-driven company, then read on… • Our Commitment to Applicants • Culture and Values at Zapier • Zapier Guide to Remote Work • Zapier Code of Conduct • Diversity and Inclusivity at Zapier About You: • You are a designer first. You have 10+ years in growth, product, or brand design , with a portfolio of shipped work you personally designed — landing pages, signup flows, campaign LPs, and interactive marketing surfaces — with clear before/after or test/learn outcomes where possible. • You drive growth through design experimentation. You've designed for A/B and multivariate tests, helped scale experimentation on web surfaces, and move from hypothesis → Figma/prototype → live test without dropping quality, accessibility, or brand standards. • You understand conversion and discoverability from a design lens. You know how IA, layout, hierarchy, page structure, performance-minded design, and clear CTAs affect conversion. You partner with SEO/content experts rather than owning content strategy yourself, and you stay curious about AI-driven discovery (GEO/AEO) as it affects how we design pages and modules for findability. • You think in systems. You've designed for CMS-driven, modular sites, contributed reusable components to shared design systems, and know when a pattern earns a permanent place in the library vs. a one-off campaign. • You've designed lead-capture and signup experiences — forms, gates, onboarding-adjacent flows — and you can read funnel metrics with partners (e.g. conversion, drop-off, MQL volume) to inform design decisions. You don't need to own CRM ops or lead scoring. • You're AI-first in your design craft. You use tools like Cursor, v0, Claude, Figma AI to explore variants, prototype faster, and increase design velocity — with judgment about quality, brand, and accessibility. • You're deep in Figma for high-fidelity UI, prototypes, and specs. You hold a high bar for usability, accessibility (ADA/WCAG), and brand integrity, and you believe strong brand and strong conversion are the same problem when done well. • You're a seasoned IC and force multiplier. You've worked at the pace of a high-growth company. You own ambiguous, high-impact design work end-to-end and mentor designers on growth craft, experimentation, and AI fluency. • You communicate and collaborate well. You partner naturally with growth marketers, brand and product designers, writers, engineers, and analysts — and you articulate design decisions in terms of user experience and measurable outcomes. • You embody our values. At Zapier, our values are at the heart of how we work together and how we think about our customers. In our remote setting, they help develop trust and ensure we work and collaborate to democratize automation. Things You'll Do • Own the design of the end-to-end visitor-to-lead experience on our marketing site and key campaign surfaces — discovery, education, and try/signup moments — in partnership with marketing, product, and engineering • Build and lead a high-velocity design experimentation practice for the top and middle of the funnel — designing test variants, defining success from a UX/conversion perspective, and scaling what works across landing pages, campaigns, and conversion modules. • Define and evolve an AI-augmented growth design workflow for Brand Studio — faster research, variant exploration, and prototyping — always tied to shippable design quality and brand standards. • Lead conversion optimization as a design discipline — form hypotheses with partners, design experiments, and iterate from test results and funnel data; translate learnings into system updates where appropriate. • Improve site IA and page/module design for discoverability, navigation clarity, and conversion efficiency; collaborate on SEO/GEO implications with specialists rather than owning editorial strategy. • Design high-performing lead-capture and signup flows — forms, gates, and integrated handoff UX — with RevOps/Marketing on requirements, while you own layout, interaction, validation, and accessibility. • Set the standard for growth design inside Brand Studio — mentor designers, run critique, and raise the bar on craft + experimentation + AI fluency. • Extend existing systems (web design system, email design system, brand guidelines) so they support growth and testing; decide in Figma whether a pattern belongs in the system and build the component when it does. • Partner with Growth Marketing, Brand, Product, Web/Engineering, and Data to turn insights into scalable, on-brand, accessible experiences; stay active in design review and what Brand Studio ships. • Bring a high creative bar to performance work — brand integrity and funnel performance are both design problems. • Use AI to raise the ceiling on what we can test — more variants, faster prototypes, documented patterns the rest of Brand Studio can reuse.   How to Apply At Zapier, we believe that diverse perspectives and experiences make us better, which is why we have a non-standard application process designed to promote inclusion and equity.
