Requirements • Proven experience leading motion design for digital products at scale. • Expertise in animation, interaction design, and prototyping (After Effects, Principle, ProtoPie, Figma, AI tools). • Strong portfolio showing motion systems and end-to-end product work. • Experience partnering with engineering to ship motion (CSS animations, Rive, native platforms). • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence without authority. • Knowledge of accessibility, performance, and global motion standards.
